    Michael-Alice Moga is a pediatric intensivist in the Department of Critical Care Medicine at The Hospital for Sick Children who clinically specializes in cardiac critical care. She also holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety. She currently leads the Departmental Resuscitation Program within which she developed Immersive Reality, a multidisciplinary, in-situ team training program. In addition to quality and safety, her research interests include assessment and enhancement human performance within complex systems utilizing novel methods including acute event analysis and application of continuous quality improvement methodology.
